Force Property Solutions facilitates connections between property owners, managers, HOA boards, and service providers including contractors, engineers, and vendors. Force acts as an intermediary and does not itself perform construction, restoration, waterproofing, roofing, renovation, or related work.

While Force employs a prequalification process for network members, we make no guarantees regarding the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by any contractor, engineer, or vendor in the Force network. All agreements for services are made directly between clients and service providers, and Force Property Solutions is not a party to such agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Force Property Solutions, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Cost of substitute goods or services
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site
• Damages arising from work performed by contractors, engineers, or vendors in our network

In no event shall Force Property Solutions' total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
